Nextier Cabinets reserves the right to suspend, modify, or terminate dealer accounts for non-payment, policy violations, misuse of marketing materials, or other business reasons.

Credit Accounts & Delinquent Payments

For customers or dealers granted approved credit terms:

• Payment is due according to agreed credit terms.
• Past due balances may accrue interest at a rate of 1.5% per month (18% annually), or the maximum amount permitted by law.
• Customers are responsible for collection costs, attorney fees, court costs, and related expenses incurred in recovering unpaid balances.
• Nextier Cabinets reserves the right to suspend shipments, orders, and account privileges for delinquent accounts.
