Warehouse Pick-Up Policy

Nextier Cabinets offers warehouse pickup for qualifying orders at designated distribution locations. Customers selecting pickup assume responsibility for the product once it has been released from the warehouse.

Pickup Notification

Customers will receive notification when their order is ready for pickup. Please do not arrive at the warehouse until you have received confirmation that your order is available.

Pickup Hours

Warehouse pickup hours vary by location. Customers should verify operating hours before arrival. Holiday schedules and temporary closures may affect pickup availability.

Identification Requirements

To release an order, the individual picking up the order must provide:

  • Order number
  • Customer or company name
  • Valid government-issued photo identification

If a third party is picking up the order, prior written authorization may be required.

Product Inspection Prior to Departure

Customers are responsible for inspecting all products before leaving the warehouse.

Please verify:

  • Correct cabinet styles and finishes
  • Correct quantities
  • Visible damage to cartons or products
  • Presence of all accessories and components

Any shortages, damage, or discrepancies must be reported before the order leaves the warehouse.

By signing the pickup release document, the customer acknowledges receipt of the order in acceptable condition and assumes responsibility for transportation and handling thereafter.

Loading & Transportation

Warehouse personnel may assist with loading when available; however, customers are solely responsible for:

  • Properly securing products during transport
  • Providing adequate transportation equipment
  • Protecting products from weather exposure
  • Ensuring safe transportation to the final destination

Nextier Cabinets is not responsible for damage occurring after products leave the warehouse, including damage caused by improper loading, inadequate vehicle capacity, shifting loads, weather exposure, or transportation accidents.

Pickup Packaging

Products picked up from the warehouse may not be packaged for common-carrier transportation. Customers should inspect products carefully and take appropriate measures to protect cabinetry during transport.

Unclaimed Orders

Orders not picked up within ten (10) business days after notification may be subject to storage fees of $25 per day.

Orders remaining unclaimed for more than twenty (20) business days may be subject to:

  • Storage charges
  • Additional handling fees
  • Restocking fees of up to 10%
  • Order cancellation at the discretion of Nextier Cabinets

Pickup Claims

Any concealed shortages or concealed damage discovered after pickup must be reported within forty-eight (48) hours of pickup.

Customers should retain all packaging materials and provide photographs supporting the claim.

Because products are inspected and accepted at pickup, claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for replacement or credit.
